We can underwrite global construction projects, with exclusive London Market capacity, and our Claims team is comprised of experienced construction specialists. We offer packages that combine construction and other specialist covers, such as Delay in Start-Up (DSU), TPL Third Party Liability (TPL), and Contractors Plant & Equipment (CPE).

Cover can include:

  • Contractors All Risks (CAR) and Erection All Risks (EAR)
  • Material damage – physical loss or damage to temporary or permanent works during construction
  • Plant and equipment – on-site machinery and tools
  • Third party liability – injury or property damage to third parties
  • 6.5.1 cover – non-negligent liability for damage to property being worked on or adjacent properties
  • Delay in Start – Up following an indemnified event under CAR/EAR
